Should any single Chaos god ever gain a permanent victory and lord over realspace for all eternity, It’ll only be under Slaanesh that said universe survives in the long run.
A universe ruled by Khorne would likely just hack and slash itself to death over mere millennia.
A universe ruled by Nurgle will probably fester and decay into nothing before _maybe_ reviving anew from the fertile grounds of the universe before.
And a universe ruled by Tzeench might just up and collapse entirely as even the laws of nature are forced to change to the whims of the great deceiver and his loyal…
BUT a universe ruled by _Slaanesh_ would be all about sating one’s desires: All about Hedonism and eliciting sensory and emotional extremes from the universe over. And you can’t do that if the universe just dies under your reign. So Slaanesh would likely make it a point to ensure they can milk their domain for a long as possible. So in a scaling of “Evil VS Oblivion”, Slaanesh would by all accounts fall firmly under “Evil” more then “Oblivion”. It’d be heaven and hell on earth forever in equal measure, but you can at least trust the universe and it’s existing inhabitants to _survive_ longer than if ruled uncontested by any the other chaos gods.

I always imagined Slaanesh to sound more feminine and seductive.
He/she is a shapeshifter the form changes frequently from male to female to something in the middle.
I find in fantasy Slaanesh is depicted more masculine while in 40k they tend to go more into the she who thirst route
If you notice , the voice switches continuously between more femenine to more masculine , and i genuinely love that detail

Chariots as a rule need a _lot_ of momentum to be effective. They need like twice the running start as cavalry, but if you get it, and you slam it into the flank they will plow right through basically any formation.
Same as above, they need that running start, and if you can get them to attack downhill, that usually does wonders for their damage and disruption
