I had it in high school for a band trip in CA then in 2019 when we went to Vegas for my bachelorette! Go to Vegas!! Everything including In N Out is worth that trip 👍🏼

When I met my wife in college we didn't have a lot of money, so we went to Burger King. I expected her to get a salad, but she got a double whopper. That's how you know you got a keeper!

As someone from the East Coat, I’m insanely jealous of everyone who gets to try the Animal Style burger, but as for their milkshakes- that just ain’t it. Like, I asked for a delicious milkshake, not a cup of pure ice cream.

What I wouldn't do for another chance to eat an In n Out burger. I tried one for the first time last year before my redeye home, and I bought 4 extra to take on the flight, right? Wrong. I left them on a ledge outside LAX, and didn't realize it until I was through security. RIP.
In-N-Out is pretty great for the value and quality. I recommend trying everything at Del Taco or Carls Jr since they are both mostly west coast.

Animal style is absolutely the way to go on burgers and fries, the secret sauce is just called “spread” and is 100% not overrated, and keep your burgers in the wrapper, sis! They come on there for a reason so you don’t drop spread everywhere. Sincerely, a Californian

Julia lol that’s a good one, I’ve heard from people from other states that visit here and they don’t care what they do as long as they got In n Out. I recently recall hearing someone talk about why they chose California over another state to live in, they said in n out. If a Californian goes nuts over In n out, it’s a pretty good sign that it’s good. They’ll sell you a 6 patty cheeseburger, animal style fries and burgers, a Neapolitan shake, a mustard fried patty, and fresh fries EVERY time (you can watch the whole process through massive windows around the drive thru). On top of that, an order for two doubles, two drinks, and fries cost less than $25.

I’m from California and I was surprised to meet people from the East Coast who have never heard of a Pollo Loco. One lady from New Jersey that I met thought that it was just part of Hollywood movie sets she didn’t realize it was an actual restaurant.

I don't think it's overhyped. I miss it now that I don't live in Cali. I find myself comparing all burgers to In & Out! Something about the simplicity of their menu & the prices are unbeatable for the great quality & freshness!

You can get the banana peppers chopped and added to your burgers. It is another level. Also Road Kill fries that is animal fries , but they add a burger patty on top of it.

I don’t think people in the Northeast would take In N Outs Christian philosophy very graciously. New Yorkers especially would want to ban them for the Bible scriptures alone. Most people don’t realize but Los Angeles is actually a Christian city with a lot of church history.

I met a women online and bought two whoppers or double whoppers and added the cheese myself to save money ey and went to McDonald's for any size fries for $1. It was 2 double whoppers for $3 each, I added the cheese from winco and McDonald's was any size fries for $1 and they are always across the street from eachother. $6 plus tax for 2 chesse double whoppers plus link 2 large McDonald's fries for $2. I'm thrifty
