Please tell me about the crank case inner wall paint. If I want to paint it to my 350 Indian model cast iron engine. I believe it is for the engine protection. And for the oil to drain easily and fully. Please tell the good brand of paint for crank case inner wall. And can we apply it just like we spray paint?
It's meant to prevent the case from soaking with oil, or even oil going throgh, as these castings used to be quite porous and prone to leaking. The Paint is unly to seal the engine from the inside. As said before, a good Epoxy paint would do the job.

My bullet gearbox has a problem ..... when downshifting (eg 4rd to 3rd or 3rd to 2nd ) the gear is not engaging .... have to downshift the gear 2 to 3 times then only the gear is engaging... also some times upshift also is not proper
Sir, i am trying to rebuild an Albion like this (bullet 500) replaced the bearings and layshaft, but cannot get the casings together, the mainshaft is about 2-3mm 'too long' The oil flinger plate and gear is pressed against the dog. I cannot find what's wrong.. The prblem is with the main shaft. do you have a clue?
The front sprocket in your video has 20 teeth. My bullet 350 1989 model in its stock form has only 16 teeth in its front sprocket. Can I fit 20 teeth front sprocket in my bike? I just want to achieve a higher cruise speed.
you could but you will work your clutch more so. if you have heavy traffic area then I would not recommend. you could try if you can find a sprocket like this.
I am looking at a Royal Enfield Bullet gear box which is almost same thing. And they have a neutral light sensor. Backside middle. The same could be drilled in a interceptor gearbkx

Help! I have a 1995 Enfield bullet 500. Lots of compression but Kickstarter is not moving anything, return spring works. Any ideas?

look for wear and damage on the individual parts and replace as needed. look for play in the bushes if play then replace the bush.

It is probably not home on the end bearing.
