Drummers being out of time give me a migraine lol. That’s why I like Tommy Lee so much. He may not have had the most difficult licks but there was never EVER a time where he didn’t keep perfect timing

How do you add extra pieces to your electric kit? I use an Alesis Crimson pro but there’s no more plugins.
The TD-30 has 14 inputs and I use them all! I’m not sure if you could add inputs but I would search on an Alesis forum. Maybe they offer a separate unit to expand. Cheers

Couldn't help but notice you don't use a double bass drum pedal setup, kudos to you!
Actually I do use a double pedal! In this video I am using an Axis AL-2 Double Pedal but have since gone back to DW9000 double. I much prefer the feel from the DW as I grew up using a 5000 series. I try to use the double only when necessary as to not lose the single kick technique but many of the metal songs I like to play require doubles! Thanks for checking my channel out :)

I play by ear! I can read sheet music but usually can pick out the drums after a few listen throughs...

You can put ddrum sound on Roland TD?
The TD20 and TD30 cannot play external one shot samples. I believe the new TD50 can however. I currently use my TD30 to trigger Super Drummer software but the sounds on this cover were all created internally!
@@mfournier01 I don't remember if the ddrum samples are in wav or something. But with a that you have the Tomy lee sounds

I’ve pieced this one together over the years but if you were to buy it new I would guess to be around $7500-$8500
I am not positive, but I think Tommy might ride double time on the hi hat during the chorus.
