A dangerous situation if the creeper gets so upset he harms someone including the ladies who reported him.
    1) offer him & his family a weeks pay
Plus Bus Tickets for the family to go back to Belize.
    2) Company will drive them to the bus station to make sure they get on.
    3) Tell him this is the only option so you don’t have to get the police involved.

I remember when I reported SA at my job during the pandemic, it was literally right when it was announced a pandemic. I had been shoved up against a wall & kissed, a superior said he wished I’d touch his **** next time I bump into him, & another superior constantly said almost anytime I dressed more dressy “woooo you going for a job interview? Hired but unbutton that top a little”. I was laid off & their excuse was Covid eliminated my position. Myself & the 3 other women who reported a hostile work place, 3 of the 4 are gone & were gone shortly after me.
SA can be such a gray area. The business owners on here saying it isn’t are the good ones. There should be NO gray area, but some businesses will find one & live on it. I hope these women feel validated & heard & that this guy learns his lesson.
Women want to work too, but every single place I have ever worked I’ve been hit on. Every single place. It started at 15 when my boss grabbed my butt & said he was just getting the chapstick from my pocket. It’s so uncomfortable.
I’m now a stay at home mom & loving it ❤

The business owner could call all the employees together, and explain sexual harassment very very clearly. Say in so many words that sexual harassment is a fire-on-the-spot offense.
Then privately call in the creeper and tell him that behavior has repeatedly crossed the line, and terminate his employment with whatever softeners the employer wants to give.
There's a very sticky point: if this man stays in the area and asks for a reference for a job application, isn't it your duty to warn a prospective employer that the man has no boundaries? If you tell the truth and the prospective employer cares about the safety of his female employees, this would torpedo his chances of getting hired. If you don't tell, then any women in the prospective employer's business are at risk.

There are certainly Catholic charities that would take in the wife and children in for a while. Employer could give them some money (and some directly to the wife, but not too much so she cannot give him money). Or they have women's shelters. If the family comes with a generous donation (not more than he would invest anyway) they will find the space. The creep cannot tell his wife that nothing had happened. He can set up arrangements for his family or the return to Belize.
The creep is not in the apartment (which he might trash in frustration and revenge). He is not near the employees that he harrassed - so he is less likely to take revenge.
He does not deserve help, his family does. And they cannot give money to his wife, it is possible he would bully her to give it to him.

Be specific on sexual harassment. I've heard cases of woman going into men's bathrooms or sleeping areas and when asked to leave claim sexual harassment. When the woman pressed the allegations as soon as it came time to make statements they ghosted.
Be precise and specific. The is vague and kinda sounds like a manager trying to act smitten over an attractive employee. Yeah the guy gets fired and you look like a hero but trust me that attractive employee is now your slaver.

When you’re an employer there is no room for grey area with sexual harassment. Too much liability. Obviously you don’t own a business and have that pressure on your back

The caller talked about complaintS - and the caller does not like at all having to fire him (I commend him for thinking of the family) - but he must. So this was certainly not harmless. Or one case.

How about he thinks about the well-being of the ones being harassed, instead of what happens to the creep's family.

On the caption during the call showing where the caller was from you misspelled the location. It's spelled: CHIHUAHUA
C'mon! In this day and age there is no excuse for misspelling. By the way why didn't you specify where in Chihuahua the caller was calling from? You do realize Mexico like the U.S. is divided into states. Chihuahua is a state in Mexico. There are many cities in Chihuahua. So what CITY in Chihuahua is the caller calling from? God I thought your staff was suppose to be smart Dave. Why don't you just hire me? Why do people who can't even spell correctly get to work?

I agree with everything except specifying the city. And my grandpa was from Chihuahua.

Talking shit about the current employees is not the way to get a job. Theres a certain level of respect that you don't have for your possible future colleagues and that's immediately a red flag.

@@John-du2mq There is no excuse for misspelling that word. It's easy and very commonplace: CHIHUAHUA. Just like the damn dog!!! Too many incompetent people have jobs while intelligent prospects are passed over for sloppy employees who MAY BE NICE but don't pay attention to details.
