The reason Justin Hayward isn't in it, is because Jeff Wayne wanted to re- invent the original album- it wouldn't be a "new generation" with the same singers returning.
Not so good i have to say. Just seen this at Bham NIA. Mabey it was our positionwe had but the sound engineering was appalling. I`d looked forward to this for along time. The orchestra was brilliant and the cast okay but we could barely here them. we certainly were not in the cheap seats In addition why was liam `s image so small . A large back drop would say 30ft high would have been good . anyway hope everyone else sees different

When I went it was phenomenal so, maybe it was just a bad day for the production team, so RIP
