I'm working at a company that is making smart home stuff. I'm in the team that's programming the efr32mg21. We are mostly using zigbee but I've done some research in using that chip with Bluetooth Mesh and even Green Power with wireless switches without battery (powered by the force generated by pushing). Our products are quite expensive but really well engineered so it is quite interesting seeing a low cost application using the same chip.

The BP1638 is a Bright Power constant current LED controller chip. They do a lot of different ones. But essentially the resistors set the current you want to drive the LEDs at, and the chip will adjust it's internal resistance to maintain that current regardless of how many LEDs are in the string. Being that you can dim these lights, that one probably also responds to PWM signals.

BP2522 low power consumption non-isolated step-down AC/DC constant voltage chip. BP2522X is a non-isolated step-down constant voltage driver chip with high precision and low standby power consumption. Suitable for 85Vac~265Vac full voltage input non-isolated power supply. The BP2522X chip integrates a 500V power switch, uses a unique voltage and current control technology, does not require external loop compensation capacitors, and can achieve excellent constant voltage characteristics, which greatly saves system cost and volume. The BP2522X chip adopts multi-mode control technology and supplies power from the output to the VCC, which effectively reduces the standby power consumption of the system, improves the efficiency and dynamic performance, and reduces the noise of the system when working under light load.
