Bob Harper, the longtime "Biggest Loser" trainer who has been with NBC's popular weight-loss series since Season 1, will take on an exciting new role - and have a much bigger presence this season - when he also becomes the host of "The Biggest Loser." Harper will continue to offer his training expertise to contestants at various points throughout the season. Dolvett Quince and Jennifer Widerstrom will also be returning for the 17th season, training eight contestant teams of two in an exciting return to team-versus-team competition.

Now here is the life and the show irony. The fittest person in this room died from a heart attack about a year after this episode ! Bob Harper was a ticking health bomb! Thanks to doctor near by he survived......

@RF and GC I am sorry for the short cut version and causing misunderstanding. Bob Harper collapsed in the gym from the heart attack. Thankfully there were 2 doctors working out at the same time and were able to quickly snatch the defibrillator from the wall and shock his heart back to life. Yes - otherwise he would be dead since he was without a heartbeat for a short time. I can't even imagine what was going in his fat clients minds after learning the news.
