I run cross country and track so I know how running feels even if you are average weight. I completely understand how they were mentioning their lungs hurting and feeling their heart in their chests. I’m very proud of all of them. Good job guys!

The fact that these people used to be athletes in national sports and now they're out of shape is incredible to me. Regardless though, I respect these people's efforts, at least they're putting in the effort and competing like they used to, it really is admirable :).

The fact that they are on the show on the first place should say something. Alot of fat people (Or obese ppl) don't wanna do the work they want pity from others to just help them do anything. So props to these guys for doing something. But other than that, that girl could've made it. Has she never walked more than 8mins while jogging?

I play basketball, softball, and cheer and I can tell you running is not easy because after a while your lungs and your sides start to hurt then you start getting tired but you just have to keep pushing yourself so to me they did a really good job

Has anyone else tried to “run/jog” at 5mph? It feels so weird. Like it’s too fast for a walk, but too slow for jogging, and it’s just awkward. I’d much rather just sprint for as long as possible

Allen Doroshko Speed doesn’t equivocate to endurance. This was a test of insurance, could Usain Bolt maintain a 2 hour marathon pase? Hell no, but linemen aren’t no push over it’s just when you compare them to NFL speed levels

You don’t breath out of your mouth first...you breath out of nose then if you tired out then breath out of your mouth for more air . If you first breath in your nose your side on your stomach won’t hurt

I'm super skinny (but manage to weigh 135) so anytime I dream of gaining tons of weight I watch people like this motivate themselves to lose it
I ussaly run for 20 mins straingt and I know what they are talking about when he says getting into a zone and to zoning it all out

I go 8 miles per hour on the treadmill and I do that for a mile
Then u realise you’d have to run 13 mph to run a 2hr marathon and people are nearly there
I suck at breathing properly while running so in about 2 minutes my throat starts to burn so......

So what ? When I used to go to gym, I spent hour and half on even more inclined treadmill with same speed ( 5 mph ) and I was very fat and also Im short af
