    When are you people gonna realise that just wriggling your hips is NOT going to make you burn belly fat!!!!!!
    Cardio in general burns calories. You have to get your heart beating fast, to pump blood around your entire body, causing your metabolism to speed up. The longer you can push yourself for, the more calories you will burn. You also need to eat healthy and be in a calorie deficit of approximately 500 calories below RDA. building muscle will also help reduce body fat.
    Stop falling for these ridiculous routines that do next to nothing.
    If your serious about losing weight FAST, do the INSANITY home workout. The fat will melt off you, if your determined enough!
