You give amazing details for the construction of the garments you sew. I wish I had received this kind of instructions when I was learning to sew.
Growing up my pants were always 'cropped' because I was growing faster than the budget allowed. I will sew a pair of long pants instead of the cropped ones and follow your wonderful directions.
I am going to get out my copy of the book from the Singer sewing library.

Hello Anita. I’ve been sewing for 50 years and recently my daughter and her friends have wanted to learn to sew. I have been helping them with easy projects. I found you looking inspiration. Now I’m bing watching your videos. You are a great teacher. Thank you so much for doing these videos. I think I’ll have the girls watch some of your videos. Once we move past aprons and pillowcases we may try simple garments. I appreciate you!

Hi Anita! Your channel came up as a suggestion and I subbed immediately! Saw you have a serger tutorial and I'm super excited to check that one out since I now have my grandmother's serger, and honestly it's just been sitting on a desk unused. Thank you for your channel and for breaking down these sewing techniques for us!

Thanks for that tip about measuring the waistband before cutting. There have been plenty of times my waistband was way too short and I thought I did something wrong. And since I am realizing I don't actually have enough pants for work I have made 2 pair and with what you have shown the next will be even better. Cute pants.
