Wes Brown backs Cody Gakpo to be a good fit for Manchester United and assesses Jadon Sancho's future at Old Trafford. Former Manchester United defender Wes Brown believes Dutch star Cody Gakpo can fill the void up front at Old Trafford, believing the striker 'easily fits' into Erik ten Hag's system. Gakpo further enhanced his rising fame with three goals at the World Cup in Qatar with plenty of clubs interested in taking him to the Premier League. Ten Hag discussed a move to United with the 23-year-old during the summer transfer window with the club ultimately choosing to sign Antony from Ajax in a deal worth £85m. However, interest remains with the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo further increasing the need for more firepower in the second half of the season.
