Ang nuvali parang horizontal development ang style siguro dito malabo siguro parang Makati dahil malayo na sa airport. Kung Corporate Office medyo alanganin dahil malalate ang negosyante. Time is precious to them
There is so much to look out for when it comes to Nuvali transportation infrastructure. From NAIA, it's only 40-50mins drive lang po to Nuvali. If their business is located within the business districts of Nuvali, much time will be saved as the traffic situation in Nuvali is much better. And if nakatira pa sila sa Nuvali, 5-10mins lang, nandun na sila sa business districts 😀
Didn't experts say that about Alabang thirty years ago?
You need an accessible airport to be as progressive as Makati. Unless you can build a very efficient train system from NAIA. There are so many places around Philippines that says "the next Makati, the next Bgc" but no, if you do itnfor the investment part then it might go lower than it's current value or stagnate for decades. Airport is very important.
