There's no need to appeal anything at the Supreme Court until the substantive matter has been heard by the Federal High Court, which in fact has jurisdiction to hear the matter.

Kogi State House of Assembly never elongated elected Chairmen tenure, so stop jumping up and down, immediate d elected Chairmen tenure expired, Kogi State Government appointed Caretaker Chairmen for 6 months to avoid avoid vacuum. Mr Samuel Nwanosike ur tenure has expired, u were elected with time frame of 3 years. No jumpiter can elongate ur tenure for one day.
