Due to the hierarchy in a monarchy as well as due to the fact that he was never keen on putting the work and efford needed, William would always have been the one who meets the main and most important people.

I think what William is learning is that he doesn't need Harry like he thought he did. It would have been so nice to see William and Harry working together to assure the King's success, but now it seems to be running smoothly without Harry. The sad thing is also what will become of Harry when William is King. He could have really elevated to something more but now, I doubt it.
I think in time it may be a silver lining to not have the dim one to cover for. William is used to the Princess Royal, Edward and Sophie, and even the elder generation of working Royals who put their head's down and do the work. Harry would have quickly outgrown the cheeky prankster role and then, what's left? Intellect? Insight? Ideas? While he was on a visit to Lesotho, it was apparently a continuous struggle to get him to be in time for certain events and it did not change when Markle arrived on the scene. She threw quite a few tantrums on their Australian tour. She and Mulroney thought that they could make a holiday of it.

@@catco8644tights and heels at all possible times is what I do, to make my chonky legs look slimmer. She doesn’t need that, and people do not dress up like that in Vegas. I went to a very fancy and expensive restaurant and supper club in Vegas this summer, wore a Guess maxi dress and inexpensive beige slingbacks, and I was more dressed up than 90% of the other patrons. The dress code explicitly stated “no bathing suits” meaning someone has tried to wear that for a dinner that cost $300 minimum. That’s Vegas!

As an American woman, I knew Meghan would be trouble! I have always appreciated the monarchy but Americans are much more into personal liberty than the UK, there was no way she could handle the rules! The situation with WME & Megsy is more dire than I think most watchers even realize. I am willing to bet that she signed with WME over a year ago, as opposed to months ago. In the H&M Netflix lie-a-thon, 1 of the 1/2 dozen, or so "friends" that appeared on her behalf was a WME agent that works with Serena Williams. Sorry, I can't remember her name, but I am 100% positive that this "friend" is Serena's agent. There was a rumor that leaked a few weeks ago that Serena played an integral role in getting WME to sign MM. Not because they're really BFFs, but more likely because her husband owns shares in Better Up & they still want the association with Harry & Serena was getting really tired of MM bugging her for her connections at WME. Serena is a big money maker for them & so they want to keep Serena happy. I think the desperation we're seeing from MM is at it's peak because she's been signed a lot longer than everyone thinks & it says a lot about where MM stands in Hollywood if a super agent like Ari Emanuel can't get her ANYTHING in a year. Omid's book will make her even more untouchable & toxic, IMO.

It was not common knowledge, but it was also not a secret that her husband owned 11% of BetterUp & she made no mention of that in this blatantly dishonest promo that she was a part of. It was within the same time frame that she debuted a new look on IG w/brand new blonde hair & skin tone that had been lightened, significantly. She was brutally mocked for this new, bizarre look. It was not picked up by many people though that this look was clearly the one she had in her video promo w/ Harry. I don't think Serena was ever fond of MM & there was never a real friendship, Tom Bower even exposed that in Revenge. I believe her connection is solely down to her husband's stake in BetterUp & why she appeared on Archetypes & in Netflix. Serena went to H&M's wedding, but MM wasn't invited to Serena & Alex's wedding when they were supposedly already friends & she wasn't invited to any of Serena's 2 baby showers.

Well, the King and Queen had the Kenya state visit going on and Prince William had the Earthshot Prize visit to Singapore. Harry and his wife had absolutely nothing going on, therefore the concerts had to happen so they could have some photos published. And I agree that the royals should second Princess Beatrice and her husband to do more work for the family. However, I reserve my opinion about Princess Eugenie. I'm all for Lady Louise, though, as well as the Earl of Snowdon and Lady Sarah. They don't have to do a ton of patronages, but even taking over some would be great!

Meghan is famous for consistently dressing inappropriately - and it’s made even more obvious when compared to Princess Catherine’s public appearances. Whether you like Catherine’s outfit or not, you’d never be able to argue she dresses inappropriately. 😊
She never manages to get it right. The fourteen royal staff members hired to help Meghan could have very easily helped her figure out her wardrobe if she had given them enough respect to let them do their jobs.

I agree absolutely with your assessment. Harry & Meghan have gone as high as they are going to go. Ari Emmanuel has overestimated even his abilities and his ego really thought HE could make Meghan a marketable product. Instead he’s dragging down the NAME & reputation WME. When the head of CAA felt comfortable criticizing Meghan Markle as no talent at all, even professional courtesy for Ari is gone in the industry.
According to Reddit, the private plane ride to Vegas ended up being more related to Whitney Wolfe Herd. It was her plane and she invited all these Montecito friends/neighbors and apparently CD/BM & Zoe Saldana were not aware H&M were going to be on the flight with all of them. When you look at the photos of them all off the plane & the body language-there is a group of friends and then two outsiders who are clearly being kept as outsiders. The Harkles are still friends with WWH and that is the connection. But Cameron Diaz & Zoe Saldana were not playing ball. And Benji made that clear to Meghan as he glumly walked behind her, after warmly greeting Zoe with a smile & big hug.
