You can use any bread for a grilled cheese, but it's a sin without sourdough...Specifically, San Francisco Sourdough...epic sandwich, ....CJ- You see this?..lol..appreciate ya both.
Generally speaking, a good scraping and wipe down with paper towel is sufficient. If it’s extra cruddy, a touch of water then a scrape does well. Be sure to add a tablespoon or 2 of oil over the entire surface before storing for the night and you’re good to go my friend.
I have to say when you cook Wright bacon it comes out right, however when CJ cook Wrights bacon 🥓 it usually wrong or burnt. You must past the bacon 🥓 chi on to CJ.
While I do enjoy a slice of tomato on my griddled cheese... I find the moisture ruins the crunch. I should’ve added a tomato soup dipper though. Maybe next time
Am I the only ADHD guy that was going nuts over the nite of bacon that was stranded? The nite that fell off and was left!?! I’d rather see a church burn than to see a beer spilt or bacon wasted! 😂😂👍
