I saw him in MTL ,Quebec and Elvis had just died he was so cool until some idiot shot a beer at him after he toasted the King with some champagne he wasn't impressed and neither were the rest of us . Don't know what happened to that person but he rocked on.
I never tire of listening to Peter sing this song. Saw him play in early 2019 with the Steve Miller Band being the headliner. I came to hear Frampton and thought he should have been the headliner band.

He's aged very well, and still plays & sings like he's still in the 70's. My boyfriend was killed in an auto accident on our 1yr anniversary. We were both teenagers. He was killed the Saturday night before his senior year in high school. I was going to be a junior. He a 6'3", an a great ball player. I was a 5'3" cheerleader, lol. The day of the funeral Mass, the high school allowed anyone who wanted to attend would be excused. Needless to say there had to have been a thousand kids that showed up. To go through such a painful time in my life at such a young age, was very difficult. The point of this winded story is that, Peter Frampton Live, double album truly helped me through such a hardship. I'd play all 4 sides over and over again. To listen again to Frampton brings me back to that time. I've let go of the deep pain but held on to my love for Frampton's awesome music. Thank you P.F. love you, love your music. It helped a young broken teen girl get through a tough time. I still miss Dave and will see him again one day.

He's aged very well, and still plays & sings like he's still in the 70's. My boyfriend was killed in an auto accident on our 1yr anniversary. We were both teenagers. He was killed the Saturday night before his senior year in high school. I was going to be a junior. He a 6'3", an a great ball player. I was a 5'3" cheerleader, lol. The day of the funeral Mass, the high school allowed anyone who wanted to attend would be excused. Needless to say there had to have been a thousand kids that showed up. To go through such a painful time in my life at such a young age, was very difficult.
The point of this winded story is that, Peter Frampton Live, double album truly helped me through such a hardship. I'd play all 4 sides over and over again. To listen again to Frampton brings me back to that time. I've let go of the deep pain but held on to my love for Frampton's awesome music. Thank you P.F. love you, love your music. It helped a young broken teen girl get through a tough time. I still miss Dave and will see him again one day.
