the problem i got is i lossened that bolt too much and the bolt came out and that end peice that looks like a plug is still in the steering colom and that bolt wont go back in any suggestions? so the handel bars came out and all came out was the handdel bars not the plug on the end how do i go about fixing that ?

Lift it upside down and Pick steering Thing that's bolted to axles where steering. Collum is it should slip out
What is the switches on the handlebars for
