This beautiful weatherboard houses' yard was in need of an update.
Here we are clearing the old, cracked concrete from this turn of the century house in Melbourne's North. The ground was extremely wet so we had to stay on the concrete to avoid sinking deep into the soil and had some fiddly parts where the trusty jackhammer made an appearance.
Now the owners can give this home full of history a new lease on life.

We kick off watching day two here, I missed day 1 where the right side of the property was done by hand to protect the neighbours yard and leave access for fencers to come and install the fence posts.
