I would have left the paper bag on the back intact and just glued the sides of the very bottom and left it as a smaller separate pocket on the front of the bag ❤

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you mean the baggie of glassine coin envelopes. There are multiple sellers on Etsy if you search glassine coin envelopes. Happy crafting!
