    Part 2 pls ? I have a patient with chronic subluxation, the doctor didn’t recommend physiotherapy after surgery , now it looks like his shoulder isn’t sitting well

    so would it help to loosen your chest? When his shoulders are forward it means his chest is tight right?

      The shoulder being forward can be from chest tightness, but also from weaker back muscles and other instabilities and tightness in other parts of the body. Having flexibility at the chest area will also be beneficial to improving this as well.
