This cat is a prodigy I seen him last night and his mix of jazz and blues and psychedelia is absolutely amazing. It's like sly and the family stone mixed with the allman brothers but all in all this cat ain't comparable he's a guitar wizard go out and support this fella who is making magical music

PS: The instrumental part at the end gives me goosebumps! (it's the most beautiful part of the song in my opinion!)
Think it this way: you feel it so because the entire song prepared you to feel it that way at the end. Contrast. You can appreciate the light until you've experienced the darkest night.

He's getting refined. This specific track I noticed a little change in his voice. It's not pushing it, singing more naturally. Don't get me wrong I love it when you sings hard too. Remember he started very young. A real professional. The perfect band alongside him. It's rejuvenated my love for the blues rock sound.

I completely agree and understand what you're saying. I've said before that his real raspy voice, while very good, isn't needed in all instances and I actually wondered if he could sustain that way of singing for an entire career. All of his most recent stuff, he's definitely singing more balanced. It's great to see.

Totally agree. He has a great talent but that talent needs to be worked on (Like everything else in life). I loved the first album and also the 2nd, but you can hear that he has even more improved his talent on this one.

The performance on this song at the Grand Ole Opry was off planet, incredible. If you were going to release a live copy, that would be the one. Very soulful.
Man, them horns. As awesome as Marcus is on the guitar, and as great as their songwriting has become, having a horn section has given their sound a depth and maturity far beyond its years.

First time hearing this group was last Friday at Eric Clapton’s Crossroads Concert in Dallas Tx.
Absolutely blew me away! I was in awe of his guitar playing. Thinking maybe he was beamed down from another planet. If you haven’t seen them live treat yourself to a hell of a show.👍👍👍

Ive been listening to this dudes music for like two years. Saw him on the stephen colbert show the other day. Im so fuckin happy that this guy is being recognized for his amazing singing, guitar and songwriting skills. Hes got a bright future infront of him and he fucking deserves it.
