10x better quality work than what I recently saw someone do to a blue squarebody that needed similar repairs (who apparently didn't know inner rocker panels existed).
Only trouble with overlap welding as you've done is the need for seam-sealer on the underside, to reduce the chance of moisture getting into the overlap and rusting it out. With butt welding there's no lip left to rust out.

Looks great, can't wait to get to the premade panels on my 62. Right now I'm fabricating all the panels for the rusted A pillars, very time consuming. Have to see the truck now so I'll take a look on your main page. :)

Sure wish I saw this video before I tackled the floor pans of my C-10 pannel. 😂

    Hi
I'm in the UK and have a 66 C10 step shortbed it was from Montana originally and floor wise is very similar to yours, the cab floor supports need replacing all round and I'm just about to tackle one of the rears, any tips as it looks like a real pain to get the old one out?
Well done on all your videos too they are very helpful and informative.

Cut what you can and grind the rest. Not a lot can go wrong at this point.

Looks good and I like your way of thinking! I am replacing the inner rocker and can't figure out how to cut the old metal out that goes over the rear mount and against the rear cab skin. Seems like I leave it and cover over it with the new panel?

If it’s good metal I do. No sense removing good steel

I had cut all the floor out in my 64 Chevy on the driver side now I cannot get my rocker right or my door to hang correctly I've had to take a grinder AKA Dremel and egg out the holes on the lower hinge on the drivers door any idea how to fix it thank you

I’m actually in the middle of doing this repair again. I’ll post up another video later this week and address that just for you Danny, I’ll show you how to go back and fix it. Should drop Thursday or Friday.
