  • Got an industrial sewing machine with a clutch motor? A clutch motor is difficult to control when slow speed sewing is required. Typically when the seamstress is trying to sew one stitch at a time when using a clutch motor it is nearly impossible to do. It is easy to replace your clutch motor with the Sailrite Workhorse Servo Motor for slow speed control and optimal power. Watch this video to see how it is done.

I have owned a Fabricator sewing machine from Sailrite for over 2 years now and love it. I also replaced the clutch motor on an old Consew 199 with a servo motor. It's like night and day. Any sewing machine that I buy in the future will have a servo motor on it.

Hi guys, I love the super slow speed control, any plan to add this motor to the LSZ1 when mounted in/on the portable table ? I hand crank my machine when doing the super slow work, but this looks great!

We are working on a prototype now. The Workhorse would have to be mounted to an Industrial Table, not the collapsible table, it is not large enough to mount the motor. More testing is required, but if all goes well you may see the Workhorse and an Industrial Table combination for the Ultrafeed Sewing Machines in the near future on our website.

If your Seiko is mounted in an industrial table top with a clutch motor, why not get the Sailrite Workhorse Servo Motor? It will provide great slow speed control.
