Hello Sir, I was seeing your video. I wanted to ask who is primarily liable to pay in case of Indemnity, is it Indemnifier or Indemnified and in case of a Contract of Guarantee, who is primarily liable to pay, whether it is Surety or Principle Debtor

In India, Contract of Insurance is not covered by Section 124 of ICA.. In England, Contract of Insurance( other than life insurance ) are covered under Contract of Indemnity

Contract of guarantee can be explained in the following lines -
प्राण-प्रिय, यदि श्राध करो तुम मेरा तो ऐसे करना,
पीने वालों को बुलवा कर, खुलवा देना मधुशाला।
यहाँ कवि ने अपने पति से निवेदन किया है कि यदि मेरी मृत्यु के पश्चात तुम श्राद्ध करना, तो ईस प्रकार करना कि कुछ पीने वालों को बुलवा कर मधुशाला खुलवा देना. इसमें कवि का यह निवेदन छिपी हुई है कि और उन पीने वालों के खर्चे की गारंटी तुम दे देना. तुम श्योरिटी बन जाना, मधुशाला क्रेडिटर बन जाएगा, और पीने वाले प्रिंसिपल-डेटर.
"मुगली" नही "मुलगी" होता है।
