- Went up to North Jersey early morning this past weekend to check out a collection! Guy had some great stuff and a massive amount of comics. We were limited on time and what he was willing to sell but I got some great deals on many books that I'm here to share with you all! Check out these great finds!

Long Boxes usually hold between 250 - 300 comics, I think I saw more than 10 long boxes? 2,500-3,000 comics? You might be traveling before the crack of dawn on Saturdays several times a year the next decade.

I just picked up first prints of all 3 Issues of 3 Jokers at a local comic shop for cover price last weekend. They had a ton of them. I couldn't believe it. Great show. I'm jealous of the flea market finds. 😁

I had that Batman Aventures 12 also, bought off Heritage before it became hot. Sold for $300, still regret. It was at least a 9.8-9.9 - Great vid.

Yikes! I usually wake up at 5:30 but I also work 7 days a week, 2 jobs, 100 hours, flip comics, manage a youtube page and editing, and try to spend time with the girlfriend so it's tough! Haha

I just picked up a copy of Batman/Superman #23 today at a small convention for $5.00s. It looks to be around 8.5-9.2 range I'm happy with it I'm a huge batman fan. I also picked up a New Wolverine 1 for $30, A Young Avengers 2nd vol number 1 for $20.00, but my big pick up was the 5th print of Edge Of The Spider-Verse 2 for $40.00.

Another Batman Run collector! 160-Current is like a dream for me dude! That really sucks that you had to break that up. I have 360-Current complete right now and like 40 issues under that but I'm in no rush. Lifetime goals. Great haul man!

I went to two comic stores in a. City I was visiting this last weekend. Both have been picked clean. I feel I’m just not gonna find detective or Batman books from silver to Bronze Age easily anymore.
It's tough to find anything anymore! but it's out there if you hustle! Wish it was like 5 years ago when you could find the death of jason todd in the $5 comic bins lol

Most of the comic books I saw in that video are really in good condition. Props to him for taking such good care for his comics.
Really enjoying seeing a lot of comic books that I'm not aware of. I only look mainly for some Iron Man comics.

@@MintHunterComics still, the fact that some key characters for Batman are still affordable at less $10 or $20 means I still have hope to buy em now.
So many Batman members that are affordable. For DC, Batman will always be my favorite since the animated JL/JLU series.
That being said, I regret not getting Miracle Molly's first appearance.

I had that Peter Parker, Spectacular Spider-man #1 since I was in high school, but I had to sell it since I was strapped for cash at the time...but it was a great collection, and I kept all my books in the same way that he did, as pristine as possible

Good lord, my brain is fried, I never saw so many good comic books in such a short amount of time! I have Star Wars #9 which is weird b/c I just started collecting a few months ago (it looks like it was missing from your new friend's collection). The free comics remind me of how at work I sometimes trade extra or unwanted baseball cards with a few people, unfortunately coronavirus put an end to that.
That is awesome! usually free and small comics are beat to death and just nothing but sometimes you can find near free comics for a steal - keep hunting my friend!

Awesome video. Was wondering about your comment that you have a direct and newsstand of Batman 321. Direct did not start till issue 328. Unless it was a whitman variant and that issue is not listed as existing. Could you let me know more about the direct you have. Thanks
Oop! sometimes I catch myself saying "Newsstand" vs direct but the reality is MOST comics from before 1984 were pretty much all Newsstands haha so it's not that special

On a lot of those SS#50 there is a huge crease on very left side back cover. Does yours have it?
They pretty much all do! it's a very common blip in this particular comic!
i never pay over a dolalr each for comics like 90s and 80s and 70s non keys unless i really cant find it and want it. . bc my comic book store has a ton 7 8 tables front back side by side of dollar boxes from 70s and up. other comic book store sells recent issues like last 2 years thru mayber janurary for buy one get one free. and has like maybe 5 boxes of 25 cent comices and a box of dollar comics. but u can have like 40 dollars worth of stuff and he be like just give me 25. and sometimes he doesnt charge tax, super nice. but the one in the city isnt that genrous lol. on ebay. i like buying low grade silver age comics like 4.0 and 5.0 for 10-15 bucks. but to me they look mint lol

I've had to sell some tragically hot books. I know how it feels. In a lot of ways my collection started over this year

I want to start a batman run had a lot when I was a kid we didn't have a lot of money still don't but on a day walked in my room they were all gone nothing else just my books didn't have friends to play with so I just had my comic I would hunt cans and bottles all day by the end of the week I had enough for a couple. A lot of hard work and hours for someone to take from me in minutes broke my 13teen year old heart im 47 now and it still hurts so if anyone knows someone who sales the batman run for a real good price I will be saving cans again to try and buy them thanks
