Agreed. I do spend on food. BUT I'm tired of 'decor' and 'experience' and trendy. I'm sure this was delicious. However - is it Wirth paying double triple - for sushi that might be *slightly* better than one's favorite sushi in a strip mall? For me, no way.
@@MPDLR How utterly ignorant & closed minded. It's NOT "slightly" better than strip mall sushi.🙄 If you aren't intelligent enough to figure out what makes it different (Bill explained it in the first 2 minutes of the video) and worth the money.....then save your ridicilous comments.
How do you find the price?
I was watching a show once about rich people and it was the guys mothers birthday. They were our for dinner and it cost €20,000! So €600 is nothing lol.
All that money and I bet y’all were still hungry after. At least I am after fine dining.

Thank you for another Vegas exclusive at the fancy Nobu! Every dish looked so appetizing! I did notice the server did not rush you out…great venue to enjoy the dining experience. This place is now in my Vegas specialty dining list! So nice to see Aunt Leslie again partaking in the yummy food experience! Great food. My cousin is the head chef there. Great food and the pricing is pretty good considering the high quality food you get from them. Just a thought for you guys. The head chef there and I bought a blue fin tuna for $300. That really only fed 10 people once you take off the good loin from it.

Outstanding and fresh. Delish in food presentation and in taste and in creative uses of the fish. Single eater here and so many dishes I would want to try.

Dining at Nobu is such an extraordinary experience. I love the Malibu location; it’s situated on the beach and has the most beautiful setting. Love the food and service. Always top notch!
My Go-To Orders:
- Yellowtail Jalapeno Sashimi: The most iconic dish.
- New Style Sashimi: Lightly seared and topped with ginger and scallion oil. So good!
- Crispy Rice w/ Spicy Tuna: Best textural contrast. Flavors work so well.
- Crispy Shiitake Salad: I’d go vegan for this. The sesame dressing is the best!
- Soft Shell Crab Roll: Best roll on the menu!

Thank you for another great video and review! In August, we dined Wing Lei at the Wynn. It is a wonderful expeirence and fantastic meal. I found that the pricing was very reasonable for a Michelin star restaurant.

Nobu is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants. We were there last Sunday for dinner while staying at Paris. Would have loved to run into you guys there :) My fave dish there is the Black Cod miso, and any beef dish with Nobu anticucho sauce. Sushi and sashimi are great too of course. Dessert wise the cheesecake is my fave. Great video! Cheers!

When I was at NOBU I thought of you guys & hoped you would do a review!! It's so hard to explain to people why this food is worth the $$$ if they've never eaten food this fresh and delicious.
Took us a little while, but we're happy we made it to Nobu.

Hiii Bill! Hallooooo Lisa!! OMGEEE! My mouth is literally watering over the yellowtail and red snapper sashimi, as well as that sashimi salad. The black cod and the A5 steak, oh my gosh! And that sushi platter! The Nobu tamago looked like a piece of Japanese mushi pan. Thank you for sacrificing your wallets to show us such beautiful works of food art! 🥰 I have yet to try Nobu or Morimoto’s. Definitely on my list of places to try. May I ask a question please? Is the correct pronunciation of Lychee-Lie-chee or Lee-chee? I pronounce it the way that Lisa and Leslie do, however, I was once told that I was pronouncing it incorrectly. 🤷♀️ Please educate me.

Yellowtail is a favorite of mine😢. The original Nobu is in Tribeca in NYC. A restaurant with a stellar reputation.

Quite awhile ago I went to Nobu at The Hard Rock (now Virgin). A sushi chef I knew from Los Angeles landed there. I did an Omakase with him there, at the sushi bar. It was fantastic, all his greatness with the Nobu flair added on. I remember it being expensive but it was a long time ago so I don’t remember the amount. Your meal here was expensive but it was the Wagu and sushi plate that really set it high. A cost effective experience can be had, it looks like. Have you two ever been to Masuhisa on La Cienega? The OG restaurant. It would be a great comparison. Another fun video, thanks.

Quite frankly, seems very high for good food - not exceptional. Spend half that amount at other 5-star Vegas Japanese restaurants. Paying for the name. But, thanks for sharing the experience.

Love, love, love Nobu! You missed one outstanding dish…try the rock shrimp tempura next time! I can still taste the yellowtail, and it has been at least 3 years since our last visit. The location in Caesars is not so noisy. Time for another visit. The first time we went, we told the server our budget and asked her to surprise us. It worked well.

Wow - everything looked so fresh, and that beef! One day, we'll have to try A5 Wagyu - so tender and juicy. At that price tag, everything better be top notch, and it looks like it was!

It’s opening at Caesar’s Atlantic City shortly. It was supposed to open September 2022 but it is not open yet. It should be next to the recently opened Hell’s Kitchen
as jaw dropping as the check was...the quality almost justifies it. the key word is almost. man that black miso cod looked good. btw where's was the unagi on the platter??
No unagi, but if we ever go again, we'll order the unagi for sure.
