Required Components For This 3.7 volt battery charger circuit.
1. MJE13005 Transistor or (Any NPN).
2. TL431 Shunt Regulator.
3. 2x 1 Kilo Ohms Resistors (1/4w).
4. 680 ohms Resistor (1/4w).
5. 47 & 470 ohms Resistors (1/4w).
6. Anode Bi Colour LED (Green + Blue).
7. Recommended to make on Pref Board.

Hola, no contesta mucho este genio, el tema de dos a la vez depende que esten descargadas igual, como asi tambien igual marca, etc... es mas, este circuito debería ponerse un diodo a la salida positiva hacia la bateria ya que puede sobrepasar toda la carga hacia el circuito, hay muchos videos mostrando el peligro que puede ser cargar varias juntas, consejo carga de a una o hacete dos circuitos idem. saludos
La idea de cargar en paralelo es menos peligrosa que cargar en serie, pero como dice el otro comentario, es recomendable cargar una pila a la vez, solo por seguridad, saludos.

No, you actually need to use 5v 2-3A mobile charger

You can use any NPN power transistor, but take care of pin outs as different transistors have different pin configurations. 13005/13003 has pin (1 Base, 2 Collector, 3 Emitter)

MJE13005 NPN Transistor, You can use any NPN Transistor, let me know which one you have?
Charging would require 5V from source, in this circuit there will be a lot of voltage drop then how can the battery be charged ?
This circuit requires 5v dc and output voltage is dropped to 4.2 v using TL431 shunt regulator and 680R resistor, with limiting current with 47R.
It requires 4.2v to charge a 3.7v lithium batteries.

The bc547 looking/sized, TO-92 is TL431 Adjustable zener, or original called voltage shunt regulator.
