- Hey Yall! Today I am sharing this beautiful #plugin ceiling light I found on Amazon. I also share a separate video on how I hid the cord running along my ceiling and down my wall.
This light looks very #highend and people can't believe it's a plugin #lightfixture. The price point is even more shocking .. less than $70!! WOW

Thank you for that, I’ve been looking for 2 days for the lighting solution for my rental space. This is all I need 😍😍
This is exactly what I’m looking for!
Happy to help Donna
I’ve been looking for an easy solution to find bedroom lights for my rental. Thanks so much for this tutorial ❤️
Thanks for this!! Where I’m wanting to put my dining room table there’s nothing light wise so now I’ll be getting a plug in chandelier from Amazon for that area ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks this is FANTASTIC I'm ordering first thing tmrw!!!
I like the closet idea that you mentioned! I’m ordering this. Thank you!

Thank you for this very helpful video! I just ordered my light for that very same reason and living in a rental this will be the perfect solution for the very dark spot in my living room area. Will be sure to share a pic when it’s installed. 👍🏽

Thank you for this!!! Mine is driving me crazy as well lol
You're so welcome! Get you some light hunty lol
thank you so much!!!!!!!
Beautiful lite….I think it would all come together with some great cord management…I love what ur doing
Just because you don't like what I choose to do doesn't make it terrible. The light is very beautiful
@@ShanettaDIYLife it wasn’t a dig. I thought the lite was amazing, and ordered on myself. I’m only saying that your place has so much potential and you choose a great piece. Just imagine if you did something with the cord
@@ChristianLDaRnBRuger The ending to your comment wasn’t warranted. Hiding cords from a ceiling isn't an easy task with the products available on the market that I've found without cutting into your ceiling. Your comment would be more helpful by sharing a better solution to the cord than saying terrible cord management.
I was looking at this to install another light, but now I want to get one of those because my house has no light in the living room either.
Thank you
Thank you so much for sharing💛 I hear a DMV accent lol
😁
I ordered the same item, although it now costs $99 and the hardware is different. It now comes with a metal canopy that the cord strings through, and you're supposed to screw it to the ceiling. I couldn't figure out how to do that without the cord getting in the way, so I ended up hanging it by a command hook, but it fell off. I'm now going to try an adhesive ceiling hook. Since it's so light I'm not worried about the weight, I just need something that is designed to hang items from the ceiling, which command hooks are not. I've always been obsessed with chandeliers so I hope it works out.
That sounds like a good idea. I don't like the metal base option. 😕 It takes up floor space for no reason IMO
Thank you for this. Please may I have the link to this exack light thank you
It's in the video description and takes you to the literal one and others.
great instructions if you live in a basement
Okay
Do you know if lights can replace natural light if your room is poorly lit?
I would think depending on the lights you purchase since you can buy light that mimic sun light and so forth.
Is there a direct link for the bulbs that you purchased because I have ordered the chandelier and G9 bulbs but these bulbs are not a match? Please help and thank you
Hi
G9 bi- pin are the correct bulbs. You can't be afraid to push them in the little slots.

Hope this helps.
@@ShanettaDIYLife thank you!!!!
So sad it’s not available on Amazon anymore because this is gorgeous!
Since Amazon typically sells the same items by different sellers, I'll include those links when I find them.
Hi, is there a link for the hooks that you drilled into the ceiling?
I've found a similar one since the one shown in the video came in the packaging.

where can i buy these gc bulbs i can’t find them anywhere
These bulbs are called G9 and here are the ones I used amzn.to/43rokjf. You can always choose a different brightness.
@@ShanettaDIYLife ty bro
How do you attach the cord to the wall. No one is explaining that part.
These are screwed into the ceiling woth small screws. You could use very strong double sided tape, velcro etc.
@@ShanettaDIYLife thank you. Didn’t mean to be agro 🙂
Tell me you're from Baltimore without telling me you're from Baltimore 😂
🤣🤣 Girl, BMORE showing
I’ve heard these are fire hazards. Have you had any issues with it?
I never heard of that. Mine is still hanging in the same spot without issue. Just remember people sometimes receive a faulty item.
