That first demogorgon is actually very possibly still alive, he actually could have been sent back to the upside down, because he disintegrated very similar to when 001 got sent to the upside down for the first time.

I don't know abour you, but I would have loved to have seen those terrified bullies being possessed. Don't you find it too? Maybe in the fifth season they'll give us a flashback where, perhaps, the journalists, incited by Nancy and Jonathan, have taken their revenge, who knows.
