Another useful feature I found in developer options is 'Enable non-resizable in Multi-window' which allows you to split screen apps that don't otherwise allow you to, Instagram for example.

@5:00 The problem with "power button ends calls" feature is that one cannot switch off the screen while on a call.
Double tap on screen to on/off.. Turn on this feature

@@AllenJohn No not at all. It's just a replacement for the power button. It doesn't get on automatically. It only gets on when you double tap on the screen.
@@AllenJohn Sorry may be there's miscommunication about Raise to wake feature and double tap to on/off
@@deepaksingha4856 On my previous phone, while on a call, double tapping the screen wouldn't turn the screen off.
My current phone doesn't have the double tap feature available. So, I am unable to check if this has been rectified.

The voice access is super helpful. At first I thought it's not that great but today my screen just stop responding. It wasn't recognising any touch and only able to control Google assistant through my voice but i was unable to restart my device, well somehow it got fixed. After that I immediately used voice access and try restarting the phone and it works.
Pro tip:- use voice access when your screen isn't responding to touch

Thanks for share menu pinning feature. My dumb phone used to arrange everything in alphabetical order because of which I had to swipe multiple times to reach WhatsApp. Now it's no longer a problem.

I've been using it since a very long time the power button to end the call feature on my Mi devices I've used.
In the US instead of using #31# we use *67 to anonymize phone calls
Since modern days android phones doesn't have real depth sensor pairing with the fact I like to keep the phone sometimes in an angle and not precisely laying the phone on my face and ear when I am on a call, the phone's screen is often wakes up and I end up touching different things with my ear so to avoid this I turn the screen off manually during phone calls so I cannot really use the power button for end calls features. Long story long. I wish there were an option to keep the phones screen off during calls.

7:21 hmm, the custom notification icon with profile image is one I'm interested in, but I couldn't seem to do it on my S23 Ultra. I went to notifications > advanced settings > conversations, and it was empty. 😔
I have s23 plus and found out going the path he showed in video only shows conversations you've customized. Here is the right way to do it: open your messages, click on a conversation you want to add as priority, click 3 dots in top right, click details, click notifications, and from this screen you can change to Priority. And repeat for any others you want to add. Hope this helps 😊

sadly on our xiaomi redmi poco phones. we dont need freeform to do that floating window. in MIUI14 we can even have 2 floating window simultaneously. very sad indeed... so sad. xD

How to add the contact I wanted for the customer notification icons, I was able to add only the suggested contact 6:59
to get the conversation i wanted to show up i have to go and change the ringtone of that particular person and then it showed up on the list.

Just one of many reasons why Android is best! You won't find these kinds of Settings or Tweaks in an iPhone.

@@sambeckman For me, watching a video about a demonstration of how to do it means that the verbal explanation is accompanied by a video from which the specific procedure is clear. It means not just to show a small mobile phone on a large surface from an unnecessarily far distance without a detailed view how it looks on the display. I don't want to name other famous youtbers who have such audiovisual videos organized. Have a good day.

Okay so I explored, it works in a different way. In the expanded share area on the top right is an edit button. Select that and it shows you a favourites shelf that you can drag stuff to.
Free form doesn't work using Samsung note 10+
