I already have a emplifi and I have to install a backup camera on the Chinese radio. my question is, do i need the installation kit if i already have a gps antenna, emplifi and sub oem and i would like to know also what is the connector for the rear view camera and if that takes programming. thank you.
Since we do not sell that radio we recommend you going to the company to where you bought the radio but we do recommend buying a OBD Genie Backup Camera programming kit for your rear view camera

I have a 2012 f250 with the same radio in this video and a wrecked one with the navigation radio amp and everything can I just use the wiring harness from the wrecked truck

You might have accidentally disconnected something from the Sync. I'd advise rechecking where you installed the plow harness and inspect any connections nearby.

Cool! I am currently trying to fix an electrical problem on the truck, that seems to be caused by a bad SCCM. Since I will most likely be shopping for a new part at salvage yards, I will see if there any of the specific model SYNC radio and amp are also available too.
Sync stopped working on my 16 will this fix the issue?

No unfortunately this is the radio before Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You would have to have a 2017 to gain that feature.
