Rome Termini to Fiumicino Airport - Fiumicino Airport (FCO) is about 30km (20 miles) outside Rome. It is the main airport in Rome and one of the main gateways to Italy. Getting to Fiumicino from Termini station is easy and convenient. The Leonardo Express is a non stop train that connects Roma Termini station with Fiumicino Airport in 32 minutes and it runs every 15 minutes. (At the time of recording due to the low airport traffic the Leonardo Express only runs every hour).

The tickets can be bought on line or at the station. Ticket costs €14.00. A taxi from Rome Termini to Fiumicino Airport costs approximately €40 and it can take up to an hour if traffic is heavy. The train station is located right by terminal 3 of Fiumicino Airport and there are lot of signs to guide you.

Four hours it is not a lot of time. You might need to take a taxi because by train you will not have enough time

We will have two carry on luggage’s and one Check in luggage are we allowed to bring them on a train ?This question will apply to other trains as well since we are moving from one place to another?

I need some info. My flight lands at 1am, I believe there won’t be any train service that time. At what time the first train departs from the airport? Is there any waiting or resting area at the airport once I arrive.

The first train is at 5:38am There are a few waiting areas at the airport for you to wait.
