A nice stable ride, and an efficient ride. Your strokes at about 3 mph were the length of the boat apart in the water. It has an efficient bottom and tracks very well. A good review of what people can expect in the water. Since it's efficient it boils down to less effort when out on the water. You will use less strength to move a certain distance. The rise up front will give a dryer ride and more comfort in choppy water at the cost of some hull slap. A trade off I am willing to accept. Thanks for the review. Good job.

Crescent kayaks are designed, manufactured and assembled in the U.S., All American made, I look them up when I was looking for a paddle only kayak for fishing on small ponds and creeks, They do have a lot of models to choose from at a decent price. But there only 1 of 3 I'm looking at.
They paddle well for sure

That's a pretty nice kayak looks like crescent makes quality stuff looks stable from the video. I think if I get another kayak and it's going to be a paddle kayak I'm thinking about getting a sit inside. Just saying that's what I think I would like I think old town makes some nice sit in kayaks something with a skeg .

Did I hear you say you don’t like the Bending Branches wood paddle??
I have been wanting that paddle for a long time!!!!! It feels different because its made out of wood, and therefore will create a lite force to come out of the water (wood floats).. believe it or not it can help reduce fatigue while paddling.. its an awesome paddle IMHO… It does feel different .. what feels good for one does not mean its feels good to all.. for sure!

Maybe that’s it, maybe it is because the blade doesn’t like dig in as fast sort of float …maybe I would get used to it but nah I didn’t like it. Fortunately it is not mine haha
Different flavor ….. this One is not for me but this is more on the pleasure craft vs fishing machine. But head great things about them.

Aliex, you need to flip this Yak to test the secondary stability. The hull shape which makes it good to paddle seems to contribute to average primary stability.
I think crescent should send this one and the crew and the sup plus so I can properly test them 😀
by 1:30 you hit why I do not enjoy my Crescent. Yes I can stand in it.. but it's very tippy, and sitting back down becomes a fall into the chair. anyone in SW Florida want a crescent Mines for sale. (2 months old)

@@AliexFolgueira I Fish daily in it. I'm on 70 driving to FT Pierce Right now to pickup an Ultimate 14.5. I May toss this crescent on the side of the road.

@@trentwalker4 yes it's a LT I'd take 700. I paid 999+ tax a couple months ago. Bought from estero river outfitters. It paddles amazing. But it doesn't suit my style.
