Ha ha yeah my clamps kept coming undone.
There've been so many times this would have been a real time saver, fence posts, neat cuts of rough treated timber, awkward to reach joist cuts and so on. Definitely tempted, though can't imagine ever using in the workshop. I kind of feel one purchase commits me to Evolution battery powered tools so a big decision. Thanks for showing these tools, really helps.
These definitely have their uses. I have a few battery platforms. If I like a tool & it has good reviews I buy it. Trouble is if you try to stick to one platform you find certain tools have bad reviews on that platform. I would rather buy into another platform than buy a crappy tool just to stick with one brand.
Atleast with these tools you can use erbauer batteries too. Shame all brands don't do that
If it’s cheap enough it’s a no brainer to make light work of those jobs only a rip saw can do that could take a lot of time and energy. 👍🏾
These come in very handy now and again. Well worth having this saw in your arsenal. Don't forget there's two nails in the end of that timber lol. Tony
I got mine in my starter kit and didn't think I'd ever use it but geez they come in handy from time to time!
Great review Dave . I’ve recently bought a recip saw myself. Will be reviewing it use soon. They do have lots of different use’s but are mainly in the first fix phase of any build. Definite time saver when used right. Also great to have in you kit for those specific jobs.

The postman knocks the door with a brown box thats your que to run through the house screaming tool mail tool mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there is nothing like it, unwrap it to see all that shiny packaging with a new tool inside who needs xmas, great first look dave its like you said there isnt much to say about it really. Good to see a tool less blade change and getting 2 blades jobs a gooden
Yeah I love new tools. It's not a tool I would use alot but I can think of a few jobs I've done in the past where this would have been handy
Another fab clear and concise vid, ta. Have to say though that for me this is the least useful tool of the lot. Just my opinion, and as ever appreciate your efforts. Cheers.
