Well...my coordinator just a few days ago assured me that you'd perform both, I sent my deposit, reviewed and signed docs...set up the recovery house massages etc.. I'm praying the story doesn't change when I arrive to pre op🙏🏾🙏🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾

I’ve made up my mind. Your coordinators told me I needed a Tummy Tuck before a BBL. So I started looking for other doctors because I only wanted a BBL because I don’t have kids but want them in the future. I’ve lost weight and now have loose skin.
I honestly couldn’t see myself going to anyone else besides you!
I’m getting a Tummy Tuck first. I also realized my concern right now is a flat stomach! Thank you Dr. William for uploading these videos and being a constant reminder.

What about Tummy Tuck with Lipo 360 can it be done at the same time? I was advised it could but after watching your video I want to make sure I know.
You can do a straight TT, a TT10 (lipo 360), or a TT/BBL. I always suggest a TT and then 6 months later a BBL if you want a BBL. BUT, if you want to have lipo with your TT then you can have a TT10 (lipo 360)--remember the lipo is super powerful at shaping the body and the TT tightens the muscle and gets rid of excess skin.

What happens if you've already done the 360 lipo? My surgeon said I wouldn't need a T/T and now that I've healed I definitely need.
I'm experiencing the very same thing. I feel that my surgeon knew my skin would remain and that I would need more work. I'm pissed to say the least.
@Mz Fancy I can't say that my surgeon "knew" especially since it wouldn't benefit my doctor being that my doctor doesn't do T/T. My common sense should told me better with aggressive lipo loose skin is bound to happen. I just didn't know that it would be complicated to have a T/T after the lipo.
Does lipo after a tuck cause a less taught look? That is my concern; that you get a bit of loose skin in your abdominal again after getting lipo
No. The opposite. Liposuction tightens the skin.
So you do not do bbl and tummy tuck on same operation day?
I do them at the same time (TT + BBL) if patients would prefer them be performed together--but I always suggest that patients have a TT first and then 6 months later have a BBL. The recovery just makes more sense to do it that way.

Tummy tuck you must lay down on your back this the only position. Bbl on your stomach

@@SrNaromieBuisserethOfficial it’s possible. They have bbl chair or cushion things that you use while you sleep on ur back. It’s harder for sure but possible to do both
TT and BBL together VERY dangers and uncomfortable. Please think about the risk of blood clot 😢
Can I bo the tummy tuck and the bbl at the same time?
That's exactly what I was going to ask him. A doctor agreed to do mine here in the DMV but I cancelled for many reasons. Now I'm doing more research to make sure that all goes well with my surgery.

You wont be able to lay on your back , and you won’t be able to lay on your stomach, that is mean it’s impossible, it’s my opinion and my advice.!

Yes the combo can be done depending on the doctor. However some don't like to do it because it's a higher risk being under anesthesia for so long.
My friend got a bbl and then a tummy tuck and she looks amazing.. if u do a tummy tuck first u will have lose hanging skin on the sides cause the fat ain't gone. U have to eliminate the fat first from your body then eliminate the excess skin listen to me yall I'm also a BSN nursing student I know what I'm saying
You can have a BBL before a Tummy Tuck. I have done it many, many times. In fact, we used to do that 10 years ago and it works well. However, the best way is to do the TT first and then BBL second. As a medical professional you already know that the experience of one patient is not as good as the experience of thousands of patients.
I am an RN as well, I definitely agree with Dr. William. TT first and wait and go back for BBL ❤❤❤

No the hernia needs to be fixed first.
