Asheboro NC #699
Thank you.
My best wishes for your Masonic journey.
Bro Maynard. Steve D, GL of Virginia, Poquoson Lodge 49. Again an excellent job. Just a note at 15:55 a Royal Arch Mason apron to the left of the picture that wasn't mentioned. Just thought it would be good to mention the apron. When you mentioned the Triple Tau in another part of the documentary, it was behind the triangle that was hanging.
Missed that one!! Thanks Bro Dowd!! I was so focused on the pic in the foreground I didn’t even see that apron! Thank you!!
Our Lodge and Valley are enjoying the show and your enlightening commentary. Good work, and I'm proud to see the Supreme Council promoting it! Lane Dossett, 33° Lodge of The Mystic Tie, #222, Hattiesburg MS

Checking in from Beaverton Lodge #100 AF&AM Oregon. Very much enjoy your work!
Thank you Brother!
Another great episode, Brother! It would be interesting to know where they sourced the Masonic garments on the manakin behind Langdon at 11:18 (which are different than those Solomon is wearing in the photo shown later). There are also many obelisks throughout Solomon’s study.
Knowing the book as I do, I am betting those obelisks will come into play later on! But we will have to see. Thank you for tuning in Honourable Bro!
Wont be a SR NMJ member until nov 18th. Taking the 4th, 12th, 15th, 17th and 22nd degree. Very excited to start this part of my journey.
You will enjoy the degrees I am sure! Welcome to the Rite!
Pine Castle #368 Orlando, FL… Grate job brother with all the explanations!
I'm a fellowcraft from Centennial #1448, Grand Lodge of Texas. I've really been enjoying this series breaking down The Lost Symbol and helping brothers and others to understand the truth behind Freemasonry.
Good luck on your journey Bro! Once you’re raised, think about more light through the Scottish Rite and let me know how you’re doing along the way!~ M
I'm enjoying the show very much, as well as you videos on the symbols used. It's interesting the thing attributed to Freemasons that have nothing to do with us. I enjoy pointing out o people home Masonic work and terms have become a part of even non-Mason's everyday lives. Keep up the good work!

I am really enjoying the show and don’t mind at all the writers and producers having some fun with freemasonry! But I also like being able to set the record straight too!
Nathen Hale #350 Wisconsin great video
Hello! I’m a little late to the party here.
Been watching the show, and after each episode completes, I come here for breakdowns.
But I see that videos jump from ep. 3 to ep. 10!
Anywhere to view any of those in between?
Sincerely,
An eager Brother (Waverly Lodge No. 51; District 10, Wisconsin)

Fraternal greetings from Solar Lodge 914 Huntsville, AL. Thank you Bro. Edwards for the wonderful videos and Masonic Education. It is refreshing to see true Masonic education without all of the conspiracy theory crap hovering around it. Especially in the comment section. Keep up the good work Brother.
Thanks bro! We enjoy Dan Browns work and love that he makes Masonry apart of it. Our goal is to have fun watching the show AND talk about all these wonderful symbols and what they mean to Masons!! Have a great week!!!

Thanks for tuning in Rick! ~M
I see a lot of Masons commenting on here so I figured I’d ask my question. I am very very very interested in esoteric philosophy. A lot of the hermetic tradition and I have been practicing solo a lot of Golden Dawn material for sometime now. Would seeking out a lodge be good for me or is the esoteric side not really as big a part as I think?
Great question. I suspect all Masons will have a slightly different take on this but i will give you mind. All “blue” lodges have their own kind of personality- some are very much into community and family type things, some are very into philanthropy and some are very into the esoteric/ history/ research side of things. So you’d want to find a lodge that has that already. You might start by contacting the Grand Lodge in your area.
Scottish rite and to some degree York rite both delver further into esoteric studies in the course of their degrees.
My advice? Find a lodge you can attend regularly (meaning it’s close to your home or work and meets on a night that works for you) and then once you are a member you will be able to quickly find men with similar interests.
Drop me an email if you need help. Brothers reading- feel free to opine on this! In the most friendly manner of course! ~M
@@ScottishRiteMasons Thanks for your input I really appreciate it 👍🏻
@@ScottishRiteMasons probably the best response I ever heard. There are lots of us who have a genuine interest in the collective study of religion, science, and philosophy. Every official Masonic response has always been "no it's just a fraternity, sometimes we donate, we also get together for pancakes, beans, and beer" something along those lines. My grandfather was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite but he died before I was old enough to talk to him about it.
Only you know the answer to that… whats in your heart? What is your passion? Seek and you will find

Hello from Terre Haute IN Social Lodge 86
Salve Frater!
Just curious do Freemasons believe in like a messiah?
Freemasonry is NOT a religion. It’s more of a system of morality or a philosophy. Part of that philosophy includes believing in a higher power. But as for a man’s particular faith or religion that is entirely up to him. We have men who are Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu and more. It’s not a church. The fraternity does not claim spiritual authority or provide any dogma for salvation of the soul.

Honorable Bro. Thanks so much! Hope you’ll share with some brothers and some non-masons who are watching The Lost Symbol

The Trisketlion an ancient symbol amongst cave dwellers" the goal of life is in man's ascent to the heavens "
That is indeed one of its meanings. It is used by many cultures; but not by Freemasons! Thanks for watching!
