Now, I must tell you that these people are telling tales. Ati ngunguni??? Obviously I don't know what kind of neighborhood they live but America isn't known for bedbugs. Roaches are also found mostly in poor and low income neighborhoods where many people people of color live. And those giants flies? Come on, Gathoni. Tiga kwenja andu! 🤣 Also, ati America gutiri social life? Ngai Mwathani! Again, I have an idea where these good people live and, as sweet and well-meaning as they are, they are not ones you listen to when it comes to having a "social life." So, I urge everyone to take only the important things from their stories and ignore others. One thing I can vouch for? Ng'ang'a is definitely making bank! That man is a regular workhorse and definitely one of the super entrepreneurial Kiukuyus. Gathoni and her children are lucky to have him. Combined with his wife's salary, the couple is doing more than okay. But, again, these are clearly sensible people who aren't interested in competing with the Joneses. They don't care to impress anyone or live beyond their means. As I said, they need to write a book. Also, please move out of Wichita, guys. Please. Kuu ni ta gicagi ndani; ushago kabisa. There are places you can live abroad ucoke mucii almost the same way you left. I'm talking about style-wise, the food you eat and how you prepare it, etc. Obviously if these things don't matter to you, hey! Do you. Continue living your life.
