Love how she just improvises the lyric ,Dave looks over and just beams, steps back and lets her go. Man she's a good guitarist.
She is absolutely awesome!
Was at this show and this song raised the hair on my body...loved the way it was done and made me a fan of Susan!
WOW Susan 🔥🔥🔥 💕💕💕
I'm crying watching this. Two completely different ingredients to fabulous recipes coming together in sweet harmony.
It’s a beautiful thing when the stars align
Not many have covered this powerful song but dang of the few i have heard this is by far the best! ST has one of the baddest bands around - her hard core pro talent is killing with pro DMB dudes!! They were loving it!!!!
Agreed. And there is also Dave Rawlings on Tiny Desk Concerts, doing a killer version of it.
Great upload - thanks. Also love the brilliant version of this on the Central Park gig with Warren Haynes.
Central Park was the best version of this song I’ve EVER heard
Susan Tedeschi is an amazing talent. Flawless, as always.
I just love her and this was absolutely wonderful!!!
Good lawd almighty!!! I am so glad i was at this show!!!
Go Susan. Makin Derek smile right now. You can jam girl!
So cool seeing all these artists out their own twiat in a classic tune. Whether its Warren Haynes or Susan Tedeschi or Joe Satriani, its always unique and always a different experience and feeling. Thats what makes mus8c so GREAT
Was at this concert. Was a treat watching them play this song
Seen DMB twice and I just stumbled upon TTB today. If I could see any artists, ever, throughout history it would be this collaboration… hands down.
Good lord she sings her a$$ off. Such an amazing voice.
It never amazes me the great videos you continuously put out. Thank you!
Thx!
I saw TTB 2 nights ago and I still have the feels, I was unaware of her appearance with DMB until now, my god!!
Ahhhh when they both went for the vocal harmony and that little look they shared!
Susan has soul for days.
WOW!! Hope she sits in at jones beach!! Man Tedeschi trucks band and Dave Matthews band would be an AMAZING collaboration!!
Great job, and great performance! Was my 67th show, and 20th anniversary of my first. Have only heard this covered one other time by the band, so it was a huge surprise. Thank you for the video.
Guy Impala !!!! That's huge .... I've only seen them twice but it was amazing
@@austingode This was my first DMB show in almost 7 years. Saw them cover Cortez at Randall's Island NY in 2006 with Warren Hayes. This was just as much of a treat! Glad you enjoyed
Thank you! I was right there in the pit and nearly lost it when she came out!
Sometimes you just get lost in Dereks talent. But DAMN she can play some blues. I wish she got some more props with TTB.
I was listening to her long before there was a Tedeschi Trucks band.
She has plenty, and she deserves it all.
Susan is great!!
Absolutely two of my favorite musicians! They’re both in my must-see concert rotations when they come to town!
I was at that concert. This song was incredible!
Thanks so much for all these amazing videos, for years!! Tons of entertainment all from one guy.
YOU ARE AWESOME MR. COPPERPOT!!!!
Thank you
This is great work! Thank you!
Wish they had done another...Angel From Montgomery would have been nice!!!
Rock on Susan! Love her!
Good work Chester! This is a great performance. "Feat."-videos are always much appreciated.
To Chester and whoever had the camera pointed straight at ST's fretboard: Thank you!
This is the first time Mr. Matthews seems to not be intimidated by the other person on stage. It's like they've worked together forever.
Pure magic
The looks on Dave's and Carter's faces says it all! Smoking!!
What a solo from Buddy Strong. Susan sounding fantastic as per. This band just continue to amaze!
Un freakin real
Wonderful!!❤️
Damn I missed a good one here! 💞✌
Bad ass video ❤️❤️
Yes sir!
Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
gracias Neil Young,el espíritu de los caídos en La Gran Tenochtitlan vive en cada uno de los que entonan este bellísimo poema y en conjunto con los músicos le dan un colorido tan real a este tema que mi corazón llora al escucharlo
Such a bad ass lady
Looking forward to seeing TTB @daileys place n June
If ever a musician got to me it's Susan, I just love the woman, in a replspectful way way. I look forward to November this year, I will be at London on Nov the 5th, and Glasgow Nov the 10 for TTB, it's just a pity they never came to my home city of Edinburgh, but at least they've came to Scotland 🏴 🏴 🏴.
Warren Haynes is a thousand times better
He's not in this video and he would laugh at you for saying that,it's not a competition it about making something that makes people feel something.this works even if you don't get it.
