but what do you do if the indoor alarm goes off. How do you remedy the situation of rising water?

You can silence the alarm, then please call your local septic installer or plumber to have the system inspected. They can find the cause of the alarm condition and correct the issue.

What if it looks like a dim red light is on? Is this normal? Just bought a house and the inspector didn’t mention this. Now we are worried something may be wrong? 😕
