The video touches on the history of the prominent Jewish community in Beachwood, and on the accomplishments of the growth of the suburb, including their world class upscale shopping, tourism, schools and recreation.

Another Zoning battle occurred in Beachwood in 1997. This story is told in an excellent book called "Jew Vs Jew: The Struggle For The Soul Of American Jewry" by Samuel G. Freedman (2007). It featured an attempt by the Reform and secular Jews to stop Orthodox Jews from moving in by the use of zoning laws. The effort failed. None of the dire predictions made by the opponents of the Orthodox came true.
