I see everything wrong with Robyn’s speech! She told Dayton, Aurora and Brianna that their father assaulted her and TOOK her purity! That’s disgusting!

I didn't like how Robyn made it seem like she didn't consent to her having intercourse with her ex husband. She say "he took it" or something like that. No Robyn unless he S.A you, then it was your CHOICE.
So true. And if the "purity thief" was her ex-husband, the result was Dayton who was born around 7 months after wedding.

Sometimes I wonder: was Preston the purity thief? Or was it someone else before him? We know Dayton was born middle of January, Robyn's first wedding was in June prior. So they apparently had to marry bc of the pregnancy.

I think Robyn had the potential to be a sleep about, in her past, I mean making out with Kody, while Christine was in labor, who does that?

Robyn chose to make that speech on national tv. If it was about the kids, she would've talked to the kids outside of filming. Everything Robyn does is calculated and in HER best interest.
How often was their home church filmed? One of the kids was refusing to attend their church service because it was being filmed, so I'm guessing filming church wasn't a regular occurrence.

IF the man who "stole her purity" was his ex-husband, she is talking about the BIGGEST mistake in her life. What was the result? It was DAYTON.
Just think of Dayton + the two girls, sitting there and thinking, so oh, we are the biggest mistake my mom made. Robyn's speech might have made sense in a setting where NOBODY knows her children.
I wonder why you liked it. I haven't read or heard a positive comment on that "speech" ever before. You really missed the key point here: degrading and embarassing her son and the girls too.
Exactly what I was thinking! I am a divorced mother of two. I am very careful not to say that marrying him was a mistake. Without the marriage, I would not have my wonderful children who are my world!!
@@pookie01a Exactly! I think that's what many single parents say. The marriage didn't work out but I'm happy to have these children. That's the way to do it.
BTW: My parents divorced when I was around 10. My mom never stopped talking bad about my dad. Finally, after decades, I found the courage to tell her to stop. I said "that man was my dad. He's been dead a while now. Constantly making him bad won't change anything. Please stop".
Too bad I kept quiet for so long...

Also, people weren't dragging Robin for warning the children about sex before marriage but the way she said it. It came off very cringe plus she made it sound like she was assaulted.
And the result of this "impurity" is Dayton, who was sitting there with everybody else. Did Robyn ever think what this shitty exposure means to her kids?
