The guitar work is impressive, so well done, this is why Andy Summers ended working with Fripp in the very early 80s, quite underrated guitarrist. In general this track is absolutely brilliant
+jljsuk Agreed. Andy Summers was one of the first endorsers of the Boss DD-x Series pedals. Has been an industry standard live and in the studio ever since it's release to the public in 1984. Summers had a prototype DD-1, whilst the 1984 version available to the public was the DD-2. Great desert island delay, or in any climate on land or sea. Andy Summers was making sounds nobody (whose name wasn't Alex Lifeson) was making on either side of the mixing board before. Much less used in song. Very underrated cat, Mr. Summers.
I was at that show. Drove all of the way down from Eureka to see it. That was a great summer for music in the Bay Area, with Peter Gabriel at the Greek Theater a few weeks prior, and David Bowie a few weeks after.
Fifty million years ago You walked upon the planet so Lord of all that you could see Just a little bit like me Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Hey Mr. Dinosaur You really couldn't ask for more You were God's favorite creature But you didn't have a future Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Hey mighty brontosaurus Don't you have a lesson for us You thought your rule would always last There were no lessons in your past You were built three stories high They say you would not hurt a fly If we explode the atom bomb Would they say that we were dumb We're Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps They say the meek shall inherit the earth They say the meek shall inherit the earth Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps Walking in your footsteps THATS MY JOB NO PROBLEM ☺
RIGHT-HAND you missed the parte when it says: The real Father Flinstone Took extinction But you really have to think hard When you're walking in your graveyard Fifty million years ago They walked upon the planet so They live in a museum It's the only place you'll see 'em The best part 😉😉
God's favorite Creature is mankind. We're who He paid the price & made the atonement for. Animals were never lords or kings of anything, but man can be his own lord, his own god, and most will perish eternally for doing so. God created the Earth only about 6,000 years ago; every argument to the contrary is based in creating temptation to doubt God's Word. ..... I never realized the blasphemy of this lyric before now.
Better than the studio version. What a kick ass group. I wish they would have made more music together.
I was at this show with the tubes the fixx madness the thompson twin and the police. Never be another show like that one. Magic.

Lord of all that you could see
Just a little bit like me
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Hey Mr. Dinosaur
You really couldn't ask for more
You were God's favorite creature
But you didn't have a future
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Hey mighty brontosaurus
Don't you have a lesson for us
You thought your rule would always last
There were no lessons in your past
You were built three stories high
They say you would not hurt a fly
If we explode the atom bomb
Would they say that we were dumb
We're
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
They say the meek shall inherit the earth
They say the meek shall inherit the earth
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps
Walking in your footsteps

Walking in your footsteps THATS MY JOB NO PROBLEM ☺
