Since my (own personal) video of #425's Tunkhannock excursions is apparently a copyright fraud (you can thank Lenny [Conrail6370] for that), I decided to throw the extras from the slow pacing just south of Tunkhannock. It's gotta lot of nice whistling, so this autta be music to your ears!

The whistle really does sound beautiful at 3:48. Wish I couldve been there to see this beauty in action.
I was on it that day. The whistle really echos in that valley. It sent chills down my spine the next day when i chased it thru there. Wouldnt mind hearing the B&M whistle in that area.

That would be Chad Fredrickson, sir. I figured since Shane never lets him run, he probably goes crazy on the whistle when he does run.
It's 10MPH the whole time! The more time spent 'fanning this engine, the better.
I thought the whistling was great; everyone's got thier own style I suppose. Plus Chad never gets to run; so I can see the reason he'd go crazy on the whistle.
And he's the engineer; he can whistle all he wants.
Wonder if 425 can run from Reading to Scranton one day?
Great video Adam! Are you ever going to add the other stuff back on? I love that 3 chime. It sounds great on the 425. Hope we see that one again next year.
@TrainGuy33 its not a horn, its a whistle. And he is only following regulations to blow the whistle at crossings, which there is one near the tree line in the beginning of the video. And at every other point he blows the whistle. Or he was blowing it for rail fans next to the tracks when there was no crossing.
