Many clients have trouble thinking abstractly about design, which is why it's important to educate them on the power of symbolism. Showing your client how a few well-chosen elements can be more evocative than a jumble of tiny details will help you get the best results for your project. Too many elements in a tattoo design can restrict your creativity and leave you with a unhappy client.
