I don't have my backone yet but it's on the way. Do you know if a 90 degree cable (lightening) would fit in the bottom of the controller? It looks like the plastic may prevent it from attaching properly? I wanted to preorder my cables.
Does it support iphone 13 mini with small case? I know it doesn't support cases but just curious since it's smaller.

Probably not. I believe the port on the backbone isn’t able to transfer data, only power.

Are you able to output video to a tv using the proper cord configuration? Running an Iphone 15 plus with my backbone (usb C version) trying to output my game to my tv via a usb C to HDMI cable. Have not gotten it to work yet. Seems like something that should be available in the 'use any screen' feature. Am I just being dumb or is this not possible?
Can someone tell me if I can connect the capture device using the USB cable through the remote with this remote control?-- I do it directly on Facebook and I capture the phone screen via USB, and the remote occupies the phone connector, I would like to know If you could capture the image by connecting a cable to the remote control to the capture.

I just got the playstation backbone android version and I love it the only problem is the trigger buttons don't feel right if your used to playing on a playstation controller
They’re a bit too loose. Takes some getting used to

Everything it can normally do works. All the subscription is, is an interface
i hope that kaishi has the same function like you can make it like 2nd /3rd controller
I got frustrated with this whole “can’t use cell phone covers” situation so found if you take those rubber pieces off from under the lighting cable (where you plug into your phone) and the other side, you can use thin covers

The backbone button does open the menu in say xcloud, but it’s like a quick hold gesture smh like hold but not too long f you do it too fast it’ll open the backbone app, too long and it’ll open the backbone app😂😂 just right it’ll open your menu
Does it take a lot of effort to take those rubber inserts out? Are they meant to be taken out?
They have solved that issues with the backbone 2nd gen. You can use cases

Is it universaly compatible.
To adjust button mapping in iOS, go create a profile on the Settings > General > Game Controllers page. Then, select that profile on your controllers section. You can also set a profile to automatically load up for select games.
Is it possible to connect a headset to this thing?! I recently bought one and love it but when warzone mobile drops in April this year I’d like to be able to talk to my squad so I’m curious if a headset with mic will work on the thing… 🤔

To remap the controls you have to create a new controller profile on the screen of your controller. It took me a while to find it too 😃
has anyone had trouble with the backbone on Xbox cloud? I sued to be able to use it with my mac on the web browser now it doesn’t respond
Bro, left to right tu put on and right to left to take it off. Over time it can mess up the charging port, the controllers lighting usb or both.

Where is the back button or select button on this?? I’m looking for the button that equates to the xbox select button (center left) or the back button. This is driving me crazy. We need that button for a lot of Xbox game. Can you please figure it out for us.
I believe it’s the button with the 3 dots on the left of the device.

Just tap home. Where it saids backbone+ and home. You can tap or use R1 to get out of that screen. I know it’s annoying they try to hide it.

No. You don't need to own a gaming console. You just need the iPhone.

@@Svsgod I just tried PUBG mobile and couldn’t get it to work. Did you change any settings to get it to work? Left joystick does nothing and right pans the screen but slow.

@@Anonymous_499 just don’t buy it lol, the features you get definitely aren’t worth paying at all in my opinion. You can use the controller without the sub, you just need to select the games through your iphones home page, not on the backbone app.

Yeah it’s supposed too, bottom right Apple plug.. I ran 6 hours playing mw3 zombies online while charging on it lol but it’s best to charge it with a lightening port.

You both need to be using a Backbone.
I love my Backbone One controller! It fits snuggly on my iPhone and does not move! Makes it seem like it is one solid gaming device like a Switch Lite. The only thing I don't like is I have to take my case off to use it, and then pray that I don't drop it while it is out of the case. Other than that, yeah, it's fantastic! Buttons are really responsive and I really like the quick screenshot/video record button! This is 100x better than carrying a separate Bluetooth controller with you.

I just got one for Christmas and I really want to love it. However, Fortnite takes over thirty minutes sometimes 110 minutes for it to load into a game. Then when I load into a game, it lags and plays itself. It starts moving even when I don’t touch the buttons. If anyone has tips please I need help or I’m returning it

There are no options in the app for the controller. No options to set to any screen so I can't even play on it.

I just use Sleep mode, it 100% removes all distractions.
I was really excited for trying out webarcade as it look pretty great. but i would say the game collection is really bad. not a single game from snes i have seen before

Word of advice if you do not have a modern day phone. Let's say a motorola g Which is fairly modern like I have The device will not charge. You'll see the little orange light turn on and it will disappear in about a second. But I also happened to have a Galaxy A54. And since they are in competition with iPhone, they will always keep up with their software. So any phone i'm guessing with the word galaxy will charge with the backbone but the Motorola was released in 2013 the a54 was released last year as in less than a year

Yes. Just need internet.
If you want to play a PlayStation game then you need to be on the same wifi and pretty close to the PlayStation or it will lag.
If you’re playstation is hardwired and you’re on good internet you can play pretty far away I play my playstion on my break at work with the backbone with minimal lag
Update I live in Ohio and I went on vacation and Kansas and my backbone worked fine playing the Diablo 4 beta and no man sky. My internet went out on the last day but it worked fine till then
Why is the picture quality so bad ?
Don't all those features like "on any screen" require a paid SUBSCRIPTION, though?! I bought one and am pretty pissed off that a lot of features are behind an addition - and subscription based - paywall!

The backbone is very good to play modern games at a much more affordable price cause you pay $40 a month and can play 100's of games unless you only buy like 7 games a year then you can stick with the regular console's

From research this isn't true the $40 sub isn't worth it at all. And people getting these are more than likely playing mobile games not just consoles or play emulator. It should be free or alot cheaper it's not worth at thar price
