Don't be afraid to go a little "out there" and "silly". Random, comedic NPCs are great for a lively city. Give them personalities and max them up to 100%

I haven’t bought a Sims since The Sims2 seasons or something. I was even a Sims2 content creator back in OG CZcams. But it’s gotten so crappy since that I haven’t bothered.
Definitely play this game over the sims. Korean Devs are doing a hell of a job when it comes to quality games
Of course, they're chasing and so they have to work harder to get the public's attention, which is a good thing for us. Now let's see how they're going to act when they're at the top.

It helps that the Korean government just approved to invest highly on console market for the next 5 years as part of their plan to revitalise the nation's burgeoning games industry.

@@zekeaffy9647 While BDO has one of the best character customization in an MMO, its still a Pay to Win game. We can only wait for the full release of inZOI to see how the developer intend to market their product and include microtransactions.
The sleep walking and being able to pick someone up whilst driving are cool features!
I hope we will eventually be able to design our own worlds!

@nabnab9 With the existing cities they have they already give a little customization. It isn't horrible to think they may give you more Freedom in their other cities later down the line.
Creating our own worlds sounds cool, but since they've already revealed a world map with additional cities coming soon, I'm not so sure. Dowon and Blissbay are already there, along with five more that were shown but not available in the game yet.

@@nabnab9 I understand you on that. Personally I like the customization they are already offering! Being able to change plantation and how clean/rundown the city is already makes a huge impact on gameplay. 😊
This will kill my computer but I’m here for it. I’m concerned that it looks laggy even from the devs computers.
This is standard practice in game design, there is no benefit to devs optimizing the game during development, that happens towards the final stages of the development cycle, they definitely won't ship the game like that.
they havent done any optimizations yet(it was mentioned in the video). normally optimizations are done close to release date so hopefully it will look much better :)
im sure it will be fixed before realease or at least i hope so i also hope my laptop can run it if i can even afford it lol

@@CarlheinzRennieI disagree opitimisation should be started from the start or when the game finishes since everthing is connected together it will cause a lot of issues and opitimisation will cause a lot of problems. So it is always good to tidy the code a bit before going into next phase.
The city cleanliness, crime and fire settings would be amazing for a post apocalyptic gameplay. It would be awesome if you could work with a group to clean up the city and turn it from a post-apocalyptic wasteland into a flourishing eco-community.
Could be tragicomic if modders could turn this into a fps zombie shooter too.

Looks like a game for really high-end computers, I'm not a gamer, not spending a fortune to upgrade my computer just to play this game. So I guess, EA Sims will still have the majority of the market share

I'm so happy!! You can clearly see how excited the developer is, which is a good sign, you can also see that he and his team are making this game with love. I'm pretty sure it will turn out well.
relating to transportation: having a subway/train and bus system would be nice! and the ability to go on "vacation", maybe visiting museums or being able to stay at a hotel. maybe even taking flights, and going through airport security haha
You can't take the subway yourself, but you can move quickly through the entrance of the subway station.

If they can just work on the performance of the game, I swear my Sims will never see their God again

They probably crank up those settings to the highest, so that it looks "good", so much reflective surfaces from the video that hurts the fps. Also they probably dont implement LOD and Draw Distances yet, since you can see very detailed buildings even from far away.

The best thing that they're doing for their game is making it easy for people to create mods/cc for it. All the Sims, SecondLife and IMVU CC creators will have a blast with it

Cars - drivable, interactable, customizable, invite in pedestrians, car crashes (not like gta, more immersion)
Group Activities - huge variety, karaoke, cafe, walking, holding hands
Relationships - success difficulty, interactions for family/stranger etc
Reputation - karma system
City Edit - adjust billboard videos, plants, weather, animals, cleanliness, fire frequency, crime rate, health rating, etc
MODS AND CC - dedicated Unreal Engine plugin with guides, potential external agency to make modding easier
Canvas - share and download cc, rewards for creators, some messaging
Dreaming - change next day's gameplay, sleep walk (interactions at night), tarot
Studio - create a film set and use detailed facial and camera features
Character customization - very in depth, more in the making
Really glad to see them take actual feedback, suggestions and criticism when it came to black hairstyles and skintones, compared to when they first showed the game. that alone is a huge W
I'm honestly so relieved we're not getting free roam driving like in GTA or Cyberpunk... those controls are hellish and not crashing into something every 3 seconds is impossible.

Only if you're bad at it. Don't get me wrong I'm awful at driving in video games but just because you're bad at it doesn't mean it's the controls fault.

Free roam driving also turns the game into a psychopath's sandbox like GTA, which I don't think this dev wants the game to become.
I would LOVE for there to be all life stages, babies, toddlers, children, preteen and so on. I love family game play with big families ❤
I think there are most of those, just not in character creation- though more gameplay to them and the option for them in character creation would be amazing :D

This game looks amazing and I love how there is so much attention to detail. I also love how there are black hairstyles and nice looking darker skin tones right from the beginning! I can’t wait for this game!
I agree! But I’d also like to see some more ethnic facial features as from what I can see they all have Asian-like features like the eye shapes, it’d be nice to see some more ethnic facial features basically.
and a better variety in body shapes would be nice too. but I'm already looking forward to more updates in the future! 😊
I love that when you create a character you can keep him static so he doesn't move while you're customizing him. It's a small thing but I wish all games where you create characters have this. It's super annoying when you character is breathing or looking around while you are editing their eyebrows or chin. Dev, keep this feature as it is, it's perfect!

I’m unbelievably excited for this game. There are so many features that I didn’t even know I would appreciate! Totally love the idea of a karma system and sleep walking. And the film studio? Woooow, I’m so impressed! 👏🏽👏🏽
This game is looking amazing! It has so many original ideas like the sleepwalking or making your city "cleaner" or more dangerous and setting your world's hostility or friendliness!
I just know my PC is gonna be hot AF if and when I decide to play this game

@@Cibbicwith a game that looks like this and gameplay that goes this deep, I doubt a cheaper PC will be able to run this even post optimization tbh. But either way I’d rather save up for a better PC and have a better gameplay experience than have a lower quality game that can be played on all devices
They asked for group activity ideas people so give them some! I think a "invite on activity" feature is good. If my inzoi goes somewhere, the group will follow. If my inzoi goes to the pc café, the group will follow.
Camping, beach parties, and amusement parks would be really fun!

IT HAS DRIVIABLE CARS, and I hope the character's customization is very elaborate, also I kinda wish when your Zoi dies if they have offspring we can play as the offspring like all our money and what we own can be transferred to the children or you can choose to start with a completely new character but they will still be in the game just not as active Zois.

Anytime theres any news on Inzoi's process, i get so excited to watch. I cant wait for this game & Paralives, these two games are the only newer life simulator games I'm interested in. I think this game is in really good hands, I even told myself i will upgrade my computer if i need to, to play this game. Im buying this day 1.

As someone who played life simulation games since The Sims 1, I am beyond excited for this game! 😍 However I reaally hope my just-okay laptop can still play it just fine. Looking at the youtubers playing them, some were sent literal PCs by the company so they could handle them. The graphics are insanely gorgeous, but I'm scared that the minimum requirements for it would also need to be insanely good 😅

Don't forget, more features equal more time in development. I suggest, made as much features as possible that player can do within the scope of a city. Then later, you can add traveling between cities, adding transportations, landmarks, specialized city needs and productions, etc.
I love that you can basically create a dystopian world, with the fires and dirt everywhere, this offers so much space to actually create stories

It looks like the city won't really be changeable, most likely you'll be able to design your apartment or house but not the city itself. The changes to the city seem to be limited to which kind of flowers there are or as they showed how dirty it can be, but not necessarily modifying the buildings themselves, which makes sense for a game of this scale. It would likely mess with the script if you could modify it to that extent.

I'm just looking forward to see inzoi in action, it all sounds great and looks stunning but I'm curious a lot about the performance on an average PC... most of us who play the sims play that on laptops, not such fancy PC's so does this mean we won't be able to even it try it out or will we have to give up on quality in exchange for the performance? It would also be cool if new genetic system was introduced to the game, something that really feels realistic in terms of the offspring, including the special traits or birthmarks... that would put a unique mark on the family

@@katet8639 girl I play on a MacBook 😂 it handles sims well enough but it won’t handle that game and not saying that I wouldn’t be able to afford a better pc but I know that many people won’t be able to bc life is not just about that and sometimes you just have different priorities :)

I still can't believe how good this game looks. It seems too good to be true. I want to be optimistic but I don't want to get my hopes up. I hope it doesn't end up being so beautiful that it only plays smoothly on high-end computers.

Feels a little bit soulless but the part about sleepwalking gave me some hope. I feel like it's not enough to just simulate the real life: being able to revive your character in some fantasy way would be a neat idea, among other unrealistic things.
