This a total nonsense comparison. Two different sized iPad Pro and one iPad Air. 1) screen size and resolution deeply affects performance 2) iPad Air is not an iPad Pro

No. This is wrong.
1.) All the ipads run the benchmarks at fixed resolutions. You are nonsense lmao...but not completely.
Yes, the display rendering would effect the GPU scores, but not by much. It's like leaving the display on on a PC and having 1% GPU utilisation. So it's not going to change much if at all anything on the grander scheme of things.
2.) The M2, is an iPad Pro. Not an iPad Air. If there was an iPad Air present in the comparision, it was because we only had the M2 11 inch in for the benchmarks and inteoduction. Not for the full recording of the video.
So all numbers you saw were from the iPad Pro. It even says it in the benchmark score. So I'm not sure where you're getting the iPad Air from.
And if you are thinking an Air isn't a Pro as in ability, wait till our full 13 inch review. You will be surprised how much an Air can do.
Bro idk if you can read or not but it does say M4 vs M2 vs M1 iPad PRO, he also literally says that the air is used for demonstration purposes at the start of the video you dingus

The main draw for me is the Tandem OLED. They could have put the M1 or M2 chip in the new one and I'd still want one.

But anyway, the 11 inch iPad Pro review is on the way. And that video will have much higher production quality than this one. I just wanted to get the benchmarks out of the way in a seperate video as I dont really like including them in a review.
Anyway, hopefully the full review will be out by the end of next week!

How in the world would that work? They can't do that with the current ios operating system.
@@gch910 most mac apps now are made for apple silicon chips, and the ipad has the same one, i'm sure its defo possible
also you can run ios apps on mac, so why wouldnt it work the other way around, i'm sure they can do it anytime and just choosing not to cause apple lool
Speaking of desktop apps, we do in fact have iPadOS versions of desktop apps like Logic Pro and Davinci Resolve just to name a couple. I really hope they will allow us to sideload whatever MacOS apps we want in future.
