Can’t wait for your 11 inch review, traded my 12.9 to the 11 and I’m loving the smaller size so far.

I had the M2 11 Pro and upgraded to M4 11. Justification was the front facing camera position, the OLED display and the new Magic Keyboard. The performance bump was a bonus.

@@amoorxd5432 Yes! The black and white levels are just so crisp and clean. Even things like Numbers spread sheets look better. I went from the M1 12.9 to the m2 11 so I was spoiled by the Mini LED and the M4's OLED is better than the Mini LED which I thought was great.

I was using a M1 IPad Pro from 2021. Went 13” M4 256 GB, Cellular Variant, standard glass display with a matte screen protector. Love this new set up, the iPad is super responsive and snappy.

I already have the M2 Ipad pro 12.9" but I went ahead and got the M4 iPad pro 13". I've already been using the M4 more because of the camera placement. So much better for video conferencing at work. The thin light body feels more comfortable when I want to just pick it up and browse too. The new tandem Oled is so much better too since I don't see the white glow anymore.

I’ve had my M1 12.9” iPad Pro for a couple years now after upgrading from the 10.9” iPad Air 4th generation & have absolutely loved it!!!…But I definitely plan on trading it in for the new M4 13” iPad Pro very soon! I have had an iPad as my main computing device since I could remember..all the way back to the original iPad …I can truly say that there is no need for a Mac unless you have specific work cases that work better on Mac OS…otherwise the iPad is the most versatile device on the market..PERIOD!!! 😊

Very interested in seeing if the 11” will now work for you. I really like the portability of the 11 but love the size of the 13” for notes and mind mapping..First world problems 😊… which is strange I enjoyed taking notes on the Remarkable but felt tethered when I did research just not as integrate into the Apple echo systems- THANKS

How is your 13 M4's screen calibration compared to other non OLED XDR displays? Just returned my M4 as it has a slight yellow tint compared to my 3 XDR displays I own. Yes True Tone is turned off and whatever I edited on the new M4 OLED had to be corrected as tonality is off and not correct. I heard some other people having similar issues with color accuracy work in the forums as well.

@@Pesto-64 Many people have the same issue. For most it's not an issue but if you're doing color accurate work it really blows. Tried calibrating it as well. No bueno. As far as I know Apple is starting to become aware of this issue per apple employee I spoke with. He said it very likely has to do with tandem old tech and they will need to address this issue.

Kinda seems like how if you already had an M1 it wasn't worth it to get the M2. I think it's the same now to where if you already have an M2, no reason to get an M4. Might be worth it if you would be going to the M4 from an M1 though.

The experience is better for me, the display is night and day different in auto brightness if you ever go in daylight. And, renders and exports are faster now which matters. And in gaming you can do higher graphics settings and 120fps without overheating the way the M2 does (I have both)
