Thanks Ted, I appreciate the kind words. My day is a morning walk followed by coffee while catching up on CZcams comments, Facebook and the news, then I would out exploring the area, looking at properties for rent/sale and making them into a video for you guys. Find somewhere for lunch and always try a different eatery, another coffee and just running around, before I know it the day is over. Every so often I will lay around the pool and listen to podcasts 😁

Unbelievable! Could not buy a 400 sq ft efficiency apartment in my US city for those prices.
You do great vids, kind of a natural at it.
We're renting for a year, moving from Samui in July. But we can't get an agent to take a deposit on one opening up in August.
I've had rentals since 1983 and I'd love an early depost and to lock-in reliable clean tenants. Owners here must not be concerned I guess?

Property One was really nice. Get rid of the dodgy looking Chandelier Lighting and you got a real nice property to live in. Much prefer it when they renovate/build the properties in Western Style. Thai Style has dark wood every where and looks dated very quickly.
Yeah personally not into chandeliers but we all have different tastes 😁

Seeing these type of locations it makes me think, if i got married and had kids I could consider buying....then I slap myself saying stop thinking like a dumbass 555. Coming from a big family myself, I have learned the hard way that I do not have to follow the same path my dad and mom walked. Every day I think about Del Mare and that pool. I think that's all I need, a good condo for the single lifestyle. Pay to play and walk away. There is nothing wrong with being happy on your own terms.

looks like you'll hear allot of construction noise during working hours, with other homes being built next door & nearby. I saw 6 more houses under construction already, That's ALLOT of noise, not "just running water" LOL
Me and my Thai girlfriend are checking out the area around Jomtien/Pattaya a small 2 bedroom house to rent, we’ve seen a few there usually around 12,000baht a month, just riding around on the scooter looking for For Sale signs, definitely helps speaking Thai though. Nothing grand like this, way over budget!
Yeah way over my budget too, I pay 8000 a month where I rent in Wongamat, all the best and let me know if you want me to look at anything
